Joining: Amélie Malfoy as Chief Marketing Officer and Efrat Konforty as VP Human Resources
The @Leisure Group, one of the leading European vacation rental companies, has appointed Amélie Malfoy, joining from HomeAway, as new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Efrat Konforty, formerly at eBay, started as VP Human Resources (HR). Both are on board of December 1st and they will focus on the vacation rental management brands Belvilla, DanCenter and Danland.

French-born Malfoy has a brand and marketing management background in the online and consumer goods industries. During her tenure as Head of Global Travel Marketing & Product Marketing at HomeAway she has built acquisition and loyalty omni-channel marketing programs, focusing on testing personalisation at scale. Malfoy previously fulfilled various senior marketing positions at Canon, Newell Rubbermaid, Achieve Global and AIESEC.
Israeli-born Efrat Konforty, former leader of several Service groups in eBay Classifieds, has a successful track record of building, transforming and operating HR, Operations and Customer Support. She joins from Amsterdam based Optiver, a proprietary trading firm and market maker for various exchange-listed financial instruments. Here Konforty drove a culture change in the Service and Education groups, focusing on partnering, data driven mindset and inclusion of diverse opinions and cultures.
