Tele- Sales agent (Italian)

In the role of Tele- Sales agent, you will contact new leads and prospective clients yourself in order to offer the Belvilla proposition. You handle your calls on the basis of prepared communication scripts within the set time frame. The subjects you cover are diverse.

It is important to understand the Belvilla value proposition and deal structure, and recognize the needs of your clients in order to create an optimum customer experience; you clarify information, investigate each problem and provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. You seize opportunities to upsell products as they occur with the ultimate goal of contract signing and go-live. You may also need to connect with internal teams for closure of the deals and sales. All calls you have may be recorded in an understandable way in the database.  

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

  • Connecting with potential leads and understanding where OYO can provide value 

  • Analysing the customer profile asking open questions to build connections 

  • Achieving conversion/sales targets to attract new customers to OYO

  • Understanding OYO’s value proposition and knowing where to upsell these qualities

  • Liaising with internal teams to provide the best possible sales experience 

  • Communicating in a friendly, empathetic, polite manner in line with OYO’s values and brand

  • Use your sales techniques and product knowledge to close the best possible deal! 

 

We’d like you to have:

  • Minimum 1 year; Call centre experience / Tele-sales experience / Inside sales experience

  • Fluent in English + Italian

  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientated 

  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic 

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes 

  • Be comfortable working with CRM’s and new technologies 

  • Experience working with G-Suite 

  • Experience in the travel sector is an advantage
