|About the role
The Customer Service Trainer is responsible for ensuring OYO Vacation Homes provides the highest possible quality of customer service for its guests, partners and homeowners by training in- and outbound agents in relation to sales, customer support, and/or other areas. The customer service trainer is responsible for ensuring that new and existing CS staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of the company’s offerings and that there is a high level of quality control. Designing competency tests, teaching phone and email communication skills, maintaining the knowledge base and reporting results to superiors and teammanagers are all required parts of the job. Trainers are also responsible for implementing new teaching and training techniques, as well as evaluating existing techniques.
