Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will work directly with OYO leadership and be responsible to recruit for all hiring initiatives in both specialized and cross-functional business units. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will be critical to maintaining a seamless recruiting process to help OYO scale our organization.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for OYO executives across the organization, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Creatively source and engage candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates
Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing
Coordinate with department managers to strategically forecast future hiring needs and execution plans
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional
Detail oriented, highly organized, able to multitask - we move fast here and we are constantly changing directions
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Highly proficient in Google Suite
Demonstrated history of strong work ethic
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field with a minimum of four (3) years of relevant experience required. High growth or Startup experience is a PLUS.
