Partnership Manager

The position

  • Acquisition of new partners and the execution of partnership agreements for all brands within OYO Vacation Homes (Belvilla, DanCenter, Stugsommar, etc.).
  • Negotiate attractive partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial conditions in accordance with our business objectives and strategy.
  • Maintaining and deepening existing partner relationships.
  • Manage and improve revenue and ROI metrics from partnerships.
  • Create and execute demand generation plans in collaboration with internal marketing, revenue, technology, and other relevant teams.
  • Manage the partnership process according to aligned frameworks and expand this further.

The candidate

  • You have completed a course in sales, marketing, business administration or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position and a strong track record in building successful strategic partnerships.
  • Very experienced in working with senior stakeholders and finding win-win solutions.
  • A goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • You can demonstrate that you’r able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels within the organisation.
  • You have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Speaking multiple languages is an advantage.
