The operational side of the OTA team makes sure that a large part of the OVH bookings, coming through 3rd parties (i.e.,, Airbnb, Travel Agencies but also smaller long-tail partners) are running smoothly.

This position focuses on improving processes and quality of service, while making sure we are the best possible partner to our partners. All of that in a friendly, forward-thinking manner. So, one day you could be dealing with challenging charges from our OTA partners, while the other you could be running a satisfaction survey amongst Travel Agencies.

What connects these tasks is a desire to help us grow our partner network and revenue from an operational perspective.

The position:

  • Dealing with administrative, tech, finance, and operational tasks for OTAs and Travel Agencies
  • Supporting mainly our account managers and the overall OTA team · Acting as a final escalation layer for exceptional guest issues for OTA bookings · Taking responsibility for some of the operational projects, especially where guest and partnerships meet
  • Being the first point of operational contact for our B2B partnerships and Travel Agencies
  • Working and thinking along with the team on how to improve our partnerships and partnership-related processes
  • Actively monitoring and optimising the partnerships inbox
    Participating in daily and weekly team meetings, actively contributing to OVH’s success story with OTA partnerships

The Candidate:

Someone with B2B/partner-centric and customer service experience, a passion for high quality of service and a desire to keep improving things. A proactive attitude and understanding of how partnerships work is a big plus.

– MBO-HBO working and thinking level
– Excellent English skills & German and/or Dutch language skills
– A proven track record of at least 2 to 3 years in a similar position in a service environment
– Knowledge of LEAN and agile principles is a plus
– A result-oriented and creative mindset
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications – A basic but working knowledge of the current Partner Processes within Customer Services (i.e., Airbnb, travel agencies etc.)
– Great networking skills, both internally and externally
– An analytical mindset
