Junior HR Officer

You will join our HR team to support our very fast expansion in Europe! 

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers,

You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners,

You will maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements, and manage HR documents while updating internal databases,

You will manage and juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner,

You will review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance,

Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.


  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, employment letters, etc.

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, 

  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Answer employees queries on HR-related topics

  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information

  • Create regular reports on HR metrics

  • Participate in HR projects


  • Experience in HR Ops, as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or similar roles
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Fluent in English + another European language (Spanish, German, Italian, French, Dutch)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
