Business Development Manager
We are Hiring!!
At OYO Vacation Homes we are looking for motivated Business Development Managers.
– Responsible for signing contracts with new owners of holiday homes.
– Affinity with lead generation to identify key holiday homes.
– Meet property owners and sell OYO’s vision.
– Liaise with key stakeholders: property owners, real estate agents, investors, operations team, etc.
– Periodically review Service Levels Agreements signed with owners.
– Graduate plus 1-5 years sales experience.
– Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to create, negotiate and close a deal.
– Analytical and data driven way of working.
– Experience of managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
– Knowledge of working with various CRM and pricing systems in addition to working with the Office package.
